Surprisingly enough, Phoenix Wright, Miles Edgeworth and Larry Butz were all virgins - at least at the time of the first game. Edgeworth has little to no interest in romance, Phoenix Wright’s only relationship was with Dahlia (and Iris) which was never consummated, and despite Larry’s womanizing reputation, he is oddly an old romantic likes the idea of building an established relationship first… but the girls never stay long enough for it to get to that point.
